We are a locally owned and operated cold brew coffee company whose passion is to bring the very best cold brewed coffee to our community. Founded in 2015 and the brain child of Scott and Kristi Ensign, Claddagh Coldbrew believes that coffee is at the heart of relationships and community and anything that important, must be exceptional.

Our focus is on sourcing only the best specialty coffee, locally roasted in small batches, slowly brewed to maintain the highest quality and maximizing flavor.
