I have been making naturally leavened (sourdough) bread for the Olympia area since 2020. My name is Meg and I am the baker and owner of Folk Bread. All of our products use stone ground flours from Northwest farms and mills and we strive to use local, sustainably grown products in all of our breads and pastries.
Folk Bread is a cottage food business, certified by the Washington State Department of Agriculture.
