I am a baker who moved to the South Sound from Maui, Hawaii where i owned and operated a bakery for 30yrs. Currently South Sound Fresh will be offering Olybaked Buttermilk Scones*, and Castelli Biscotti. All of our goods are artisinal, all natural, low sugar, preservative-free, locally sourced as the market allows, and nostalgically drawn from my heritage.
